Kwame Anthony Appiah is a British-Ghanaian-American philosopher, cultural theorist, and novelist. He is known for his work on moral and political philosophy, particularly his explorations of cosmopolitanism, identity, and ethics in a globalized world. Appiah is currently a professor at New York University and has written numerous influential books including "Cosmopolitanism: Ethics in a World of Strangers" and "The Lies That Bind: Rethinking Identity".
